Each talk can last up to 25 minutes (ideally this would mean 15 minutes for the presentation followed by 10 minutes of discussion).
Each room is equipped with a pc on the table at the front of the room, connected to the internet and to a projector and an audio system.
It won’t be possible to use your own laptop for your presentation.
The presentation, powerpoint or pdf file only, should be sent to aiclu2023@clapd.it by the 20th September (10.00am) at the latest.
We suggest you try out your presentation in advance on another computer (i.e. not your own) in order to make sure that images and multimedia files have been correctly loaded.
