What the registration fee includes: the fee includes participation in the activities, coffee breaks and lunch on 22nd September. The participation fee does not include the social dinner (or drinks reception), which will be held on Thursday 21st September (further details and the cost will be defined in the coming weeks).
University of Padova staff: only participation in the seminars is free for the staff of the University of Padua. However, it is necessary to fill in the registration form within the indicated deadlines, choosing “Personale UNIPD”. Anyone interested in the lunch on 22nd September must book by 10th September using the “contacts” form (path: General Info/Contacts).
INSTRUCTIONS to fill in the form:
- If the payment is to be made directly by the participant’s credit card, click on “PagoPA” mode and then follow the instructions that will be sent via email. Payment can be made immediately after by clicking on “Payment notice” or on “Immediate payment”.
- If the payment is made directly from the institution to which the participant belongs, click on the method “Pagamento tra enti pubblici” and then follow the instructions in the email.
- Tick “Social dinner” if you are interested in participating in the evening of 21st September. This is not binding, but serves to give us an indication of how many are interested. When the costs and full details of the evening have been finalised, those who have expressed an interest, will be contacted for final confirmation.
Registration is considered definitive only upon receipt of payment within the indicated deadlines.
Any cancellations must be made and received no later than 10th September, for which there will be a secretarial/administrative charge (which will be deducted from the registration fee). After 10th September it will no longer be possible to request a refund for a cancellation, except in exceptional cases to be assessed at the discretion of the CLA.
